1. DIGITAL PRODUCT – UI/UX DESIGNER

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Design Communication Visual or any major but has expertise in Creative Design Graphic, especially in Ul/UX Design
  • Min. 1 year experience in Online/E-Commerce Business, or had experienced in handling Product Management & Designing UI UX for Website & Applications
  • Able to work in Fast Paced Environment, as this content will be integral to our website and will be utilized in the agile-digital environment
  • Excellent analytical skill, and able to analyze customer journey end to end to assess pain points & initiate improvement (content, layout, design, journey)
  • Familiar with agile-sprint method, and fully understand Design Thinking methodology with expertise knowledge in using Figma or any tools related with UI/UX Design for creating low & high fidelity design commerce
  • Self Starter, Fully Responsible and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to handle multitasking skills
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian (Speaking, reading and professional writing skills in English Fluently as well as Bahasa Indonesian and must truly enjoy delivering informative content daily)
  • Expert in Ms.PowerPoint & Ms.Excel, and able to make excellent report & presentation

2. MARKETING COMMUNICATION SPV

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Communication or Public Relation
  • Able to build an effective, constructive and persuasive communication style
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Able to make presentations in front of forums with structured verbal language
  • Able to sort information according to the needs of stakeholders
  • Understand and be able to build relationships with journalists from various media (conventional and digital) to inform company information in a positive, consistent and credible
  • Have basic knowledge and skills about communication such as public speaking, writing and research.
  • Able to create creative ideas in strengthening relationships with journalists and their media
  • Able to adapt to the development of social and digital media technology.
  • Understand how to utilize communication technology and create persuasive communication in digital media
  • Able to have high flexibility, open mind and desire to learn

3. CORPORATE STRATEGY ANALYST

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, System Information, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Preferably had Master Degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Business/Strategic Management, or experienced in handling Project Management.
  • Preferably had experience in working at Big Consultant Office
  • Full responsibility & able to work in Fast Paced Environment, as this job will be integral to our agile-dynamic environment, and working closely to Chief & Executive Level
  • Familiar in creating strategic report, strategic presentation also able to analyze multi variant data & information from many resources (internal-external)
  • Self Starter, Fully Responsible and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to handle multitasking skills
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian (speaking, reading and professional writing skills & able to make excellent report in English Fluently as well as Bahasa Indonesian)
  • Expert in Ms.PowerPoint & Ms.Excel, and able to make excellent report & presentation

4. OUTLET ESTABLISHMENT ANALYST

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Min. 1 year experience in outlet establishment or outlet project
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good in interpersonal skill
  • Good in project management
  • Able to operate AutoCAD & Ms. Office

5. MARKETING ANALYST OUTLET

Requirements :

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • At least min. 1 year experience in Business Process or Business Layout
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Have a good understanding in Channel Management
  • Good in Data Analytical Processing (with tools)
  • Good in Interpersonal Skill & Communication Skill
  • Good in Presentation Skill

6. DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Requirements :

  • At least Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Min. 1-2 years experience as Digital Marketing Specialist/Strategist
  • Have expertise on Google Ads & Social Media Ads
  • Have expertise on Copywriting & Content Development
  • Have strong analytical thinking & decision problem solving
  • Self starter, fully responsible, and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal skill & able to handle multitasking skills
  • Have strong communication & can working synergistically with the other team
